Submission Guidelines

Submission Requirements

Special Theme
For the current volume, the topic open for submission is “Bioethics and AI”. We welcome high-quality submissions on related subjects, including but not limited to intellectual property, data privacy, corporate and commercial law, and ethics and health policies. We are particularly interested in submissions that offer a transnational or comparative perspective, analyzing how different legal systems are grappling with the fusion of code and biology. While Volume 7 prioritizes submissions that engage with our special theme, we recognize scholarships with transnational significance on other topics and encourage authors whose work falls outside the scope of this theme to submit their manuscripts for consideration in our general submissions pool.
